I swiped this tag from Joanna at The Geekish Brunette and thought it looked like fun. You can find the original here.

Have you ever regifted a book that you’ve been given?

Yes, but only twice. Both times, I was given a book I already owned. Other than that, if a book is a gift, I will hang onto it for way too long, even if I don’t really want it.

Have you ever said you’ve read a book when you haven’t?

In school? Ooooh yes. In person? …maybe. On the blog? Never.

Have you ever borrowed a book and not returned it?

I have SO MUCH SHAME about this but I have four books on my shelf right now that I should have given back but now it’s way way too late and *cries*

Have you ever read a series out of order?

I don’t think so… what would be the advantage to that?

Have you ever spoiled a book for someone?

Never on purpose. Sometimes I’ll tell the ending to someone that says they’ll never read the book, but I’ve learned that can backfire.

Have you ever doggy eared a book?

Only books that I own. And there is NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT.

Have you ever told someone you don’t own a book when you do?

No, but I will sometimes convieniently forget to mention it if it’s a guilty pleasure.

Have you ever told someone you haven’t read a book when you have?

Yes… about one book in particular… I’ve said too much.

Have you ever skipped a chapter or a section of a book?

I used to skip to the end of mysteries when I was a kid. If I’m bored by something I might skim through the slow parts, especially if there’s backstory or filler I don’t care about.

Have you ever badmouthed a book you actually liked?

Mmm don’t think so. Again–why?

I’m not going to tag anyone, so of you like this tag, go ahead and take a swing at it!
